Terms

These sales terms define the ordering, payment, delivery, and return or complaint process for goods offered on our pages.

The supplier (Seller) is TE-LACK d.o.o. Velika Gorica, and the Buyer of the goods is the webshop visitor who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form, and sends it to the Seller.

The Seller's webshop enables the purchase of all products available on the Seller's pages. Prices include VAT.
The transaction currency is Croatian kuna (HRK).
The sales location is in the Republic of Croatia.

ORDERING
Products are ordered through an electronic form and are irrevocable. If the seller is unable to deliver all ordered products, it will deliver those it can. With the delivery of these products, the Seller will send the Buyer an email within the estimated delivery time for the remaining products.

The Buyer may cancel the delivery of the remaining products within 3 days according to the instructions in the notification of partial delivery.

The image may not correspond to the actual appearance of the product.

DELIVERY
Products are delivered through courier companies that provide transportation services. The delivery period is approximately 3 working days if the product is available in stock; otherwise, the buyer will be notified. Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building. Products will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. The customer is obliged to check for any damages upon receipt of the product and to immediately claim any damages to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or to refuse to accept the shipment with visible external damages.

Goods are insured against loss in delivery, and if the Buyer does not receive any notification or delivery from the Seller within 7 days of placing the order, they must inform the Seller so that the Seller can ensure the finding of the shipment or send a replacement.

PAYMENT
For amounts over 500 HRK (approx. 100 EUR), we grant a discount of 10%.
The Buyer will pay the Seller for the ordered products with delivery costs by general payment slip, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. If the Buyer orders goods and refuses to receive them, the Seller has the right to seek compensation for postal and its own handling costs from the Buyer.

The delivery charge is included in the price and is valid for Croatia.

RETURN / COMPLAINTS
The Buyer has the right to return the goods in the following cases: - delivery of goods that were not ordered - delivery of goods that have defects or damages not caused in transport The Seller will approve the return of goods to the Buyer after receiving a justified complaint by email, phone, or in writing, with instructions for returning the goods.
In case of impossibility to deliver other goods, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer for his postal costs of returning the goods and the possible value of the goods that it can no longer deliver. In case of return of goods not caused by the seller's fault, the buyer bears all handling costs incurred.
For orders made on the explicit request of the buyer, or goods that are made at the request of the buyer, it is not possible to make a return. When ordering such goods, you will be informed in writing and verbally about the impossibility of return.
