Delivery Information
We deliver within the territory of Croatia and Slovenia.
In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 4 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22), we hereby inform you that you can submit your written complaints via email to mail@telack.hr or by mail to TELACK d.o.o., Baranjska 3, 10410 Velika Gorica.
TELACK d.o.o., as a merchant, is also obliged to respond in writing via mail or email to every consumer complaint, within a maximum period of 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint, clearly stating whether it accepts the validity of the consumer's complaint. (Article 10, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22))
Products are delivered through courier companies that provide transportation services.
The delivery period is approximately 2-3 working days for HR, 4-5 working days for SLO if the product is available in stock; otherwise, we will send a notification about the delivery period.
The product is delivered to the entrance of the residential building. Products will be packaged in a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport.
The customer is obliged to check for any damages upon receipt of the product and to immediately claim any damages to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or to refuse to accept the shipment with visible external damages.
Goods are insured against loss in delivery, and if the customer does not receive any notification or delivery from the seller within 7 days of placing the order, they must inform the seller so that the seller can ensure the finding of the shipment or send a replacement.
